TECHNICIAN  REQUIRED 

Requirement :

1) Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in electrical, plumbing technical works.

2) Age           : 21 years and above.

3) Duties        : To assist our Technical Assistant/ Wire-man in electrical, plumbing and other technical 

                        works.

URGENTLY REQUIRED

1)Minimum five years experience in property management.
2)Strong technical knowledge and able to read Building Plans.
3) Self-motivated & result-orientated with good interpersonal skills.
4) Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese Language is an added advantage.
5) Possess own transport.
